"Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable. It was unlucky that there was construction work directly behind the hotel but also an issue that windows could not be shut tightly. "

"Great breakfast buffet, spacious room for family of four, close to tri-nation bridge. Staff were great, 24h front desk staff for check-in. We didn’t use the kitchenette due to short stay but nice touch. Only issue was no AC but the room had several fans. "

"The hotel couldn't be more conveniently placed for train and trams.A neat and tidy hotel (like Ibis,if you're familiar with this brand).A short walk from the centre of the very pretty city of Freiburg.I'd be happy to stay here again and am happy to recommend."
"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."
